Refund policy
New & unopened products
You may return unopened, unused products up to 30 days from the original ship date for a full refund, minus a 15% restocking fee. Due to sanitary issues, all products must be unopened to be eligible for return. CPAP and related machines will not be eligible for return if usage hours register >0 and/or visible signs of wear are present. We disclaim any losses due to damage or breakage of products during return shipping. Shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping is not covered.
To begin a return, please follow the Return Process to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Used & opened products
Used or opened items are not eligible to be refunded.
Return Process
To begin a return, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing contact@sleepapnea.org. Please specify your order number and the product(s) you’d like to return. A Client Care Specialist will issue an RMA number along with return instructions.
Please clearly write your RMA number on the outside of your shipment package. All returned items must be received within 14 days from the date the RMA number was issued. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
SleepApnea.org is not responsible for any lost or damaged items due to return shipping. We strongly suggest purchasing shipping insurance for all returns to protect against lost, stolen, or damaged goods while in transit to SleepApnea. We also suggest sending returns to SleepApnea with a signature required on delivery so that you have proof of receipt.
